My journey began by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and immersing myself in various fields such as finance, accounting, marketing, and commercial real estate. Through these experiences, I gained valuable insights into the technical aspects of each trade, as well as the political and cultural dynamics that significantly impact leaders and their organizations.


Driven by a desire to make a difference in the realm of education, I transitioned into the field and became a classroom teacher. This firsthand experience allowed me to study team dynamics, observe political and social influences, and further develop my skills in finance and human resources. During this time, I pursued a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, which provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge and research to support my consulting and coaching work.
